Project Description

Situated on a 5.8 acre parcel between Central Park Road and Ellis Creek, Aspire at James Island provides 127 residential units within two buildings, along with quaint amenity spaces including a pool and lounging area, wellness center, and walking trails. Because this site is located within a FEMA flood zone, its redevelopment required nearly 20,000 yards of imported fill and critical infrastructure improvements including new storm drainage with a forebay built into the existing dry pond and an upgrade to the nearby municipal pump station.

Scope of Services

Clearing and erosion control; excavation, earthwork and grading; storm drainage and forebay; facility water and sanitary sewer installation with pump station upgrade; curbing, paving, vehicular pavers, and sidewalks.
