Located on 11 acres at the foot of Charleston’s Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge, Bridgeside at Patriots Point is a luxurious, multi-family residential development that capitalizes on the beauty of the natural environment while offering a style appropriate for the Mount Pleasant community. Three 127,000 SF 4-story buildings with structured parking contain a total of 324 rental residences. Additional lifestyle amenities include a clubhouse, pool, veranda, and outdoor kitchen and fire pit.
As this was a previously undeveloped site with a substantial amount of dredged material taken from the nearby Cooper River, the unfavorable soil conditions presented challenges that were overcome by a close collaboration with a local team of engineers throughout the construction process.
Scope of Services
Land clearing & erosion control; excavation, earthwork and grading; storm drainage and retention pond; facility water and pile-supported sanitary sewer installation; city water main extension; curbing, paving, and sidewalks.
