Project Description
Located at Joint Base Charleston, the classified C6ISR Laboratory is a 3,806 SF electronics and communications systems laboratory, a portion of which will contain a controlled area that meets ICD 705 security requirements.
Previously undeveloped, the 3.5 acre site necessitated a complete earthwork and infrastructure package that included a storm drainage system with detention pond and utility services, the latter of which required meticulous coordination with the Department of the Navy as to not disrupt operations throughout the military base during installations.
Scope of Services
Erosion control; clearing, excavation, earthwork, grading, and construction of detention pond; storm drainage; facility water and sanitary sewer installation; curbing, paving, and sidewalks.
