Sitting on a 7.8 acre site along Island Park Drive, this mixed-use development is an impressive addition to the master-planned community of Daniel Island. This memorable destination accommodates 318 luxury residential units and an amenities center that includes a pool and deck area, dog park, an outdoor social space with grilling accommodations, an outdoor fireplace, and a clock tower, in addition to 30,000 SF of retail space and a 385-space parking deck.
Before any earthquake drains and underground utilities could be installed, this previously undeveloped, low-lying site required just over 50,000 cubic yards of imported fill material to bring the site, including building and parking pads, to an elevated subgrade.
